Call Center
Our in-house CATI telephone system allows for telephone surveys to be carried out by multiple interviewers simultaneously. Continuous monitoring assures quality data collection and includes on-site and off-site monitoring capability.

Computer system
Horizon Research Services maintains an IBM compatible Windows NT network. Our teams use the following software for data management and data analysis; MS Access, MS Excel, SAS, SPSS, and Sudaan. We also acquire and use other software when relevant to a particular project.

Communications system
Internet accounts provide e-mail, access to on-line data, and data transfer capability, resulting in efficient and accessible communication between Horizon Research Services and our clients.
